Contact Beginning BJJ

I receive many emails each day, and can't possibly reply personally to each one. At times I have received more than 500 emails a day. Furthermore please realize that I can't create a specific training program or technical progression just for you.

If you have questions about specific techniques, training methods or how to structure your training then I may be able to address them in future newsletter emails, but please don't take it personally if I never manage to get around to it. It's not personal, it really isn't!

I do read everything I receive, though, so please feel free to contact me by replying to any of the emails that make up the Beginning BJJ eCourse.
